A Real Leader

Some say he was one of the finest river boat captains the Yukon has ever seen.

Scuttled Yukon River Stern  Wheeler Seattle No.3 (1898-1922)

Others say ancient soothsayer had more science than he possessed. But he never gave up trying  his arcane ways.

And yes it is slightly hypocritical to be against  the military policy of Don't ask don't tell when it was introduced a few years ago, and then be against the repeal, to let homosexuals serve openly.

But when I heard him say this about the Gulf Oil Disaster. A disaster that will devastate the environment of the Gulf  most likely forever. I new that our lone Congressman. The Congressman you deserve if you are to lazy to vote had out done himself...

"This is not an environmental disaster, and I will say that again and again because it is a natural phenomena. Oil has seeped into this ocean for centuries, will continue to do it. During World War II there was over 10 million barrels of oil spilt from ships, and no natural catastrophe. It looks bad to us. It’s a bad thing to see. We will lose some birds, we will lose some fixed sealife, but overall it will recover."

There you have it. That's the kind of Real  leadership that encourages  destruction of every living thing that keeps us alive on this planet.
Thank You Congressman Ding.
Yikes Yikes and double Yikes.
