I was thinking about what I am thankful for this thanksgiving. And well I am thankful for not being shot in a mass shooting, private shooting, and that I never shop at walmart.
Camper van cooking for thanksgiving this year is Lamb Chops.
Way back in the south I found that Publix grocery stores sell four to the package lamb rack chops, and the other day at the pretty good grocery I found a package of four lamb rack chops.
Now the first thing you have to do to the meat is season it. Start with olive oil.
And like I told the chef back on the Sky. You have to put
garlic on lamb. Maybe not using enough garlic is why this ship has had two
medical emergency’s . One air lift and the other speeding up. Use more garlic.
I don’t have fresh garlic with me, so I am left to the mercy of the powdered kind. The other secret ingredient I told the chef about was oregano. You got to put oregano on lamb, and rosemary if you got it .
At home I usually cook these outside on the grill but in the van I used a pan, with a little more olive oil
The pan worked great! And that’s it. Serve with a vegetable or potato, and enjoy
