Power to the Peaceful

Everyday here in the north the Air Force flies state of the art fighter jets up and down, and round and round, I don't know how many times a day, practicing  I guess for when they can go off, to kill and blow stuff up for real.
The Alaska Railroad hauls tanker car after tanker car of jet fuel from the Koch Brothers North Pole refinery to keep the jets flying. The entire city hums along,  just another cog in the military industrial complex.
The air gets browner, and it's harder to see the mountains across the inlet, but no one pays it much mind.
Here are a few moments for peace....
